$ /Developer/Tools/SetFile -a V \ ~/Documents/Microsoft\ User\ Data/
There, much better.

I can never remember how to do that and I actually needed to make a few folders/files like /sw/ and /opt/ invisible (Fink and Cisco making things messy).

You can also just move it to your ~/Library/Preferences folder and it will work from there.
